Regarding the stat cap

I.m.o. a vote should be held with regards to stat cap. anyone who reads this please vote Surprised

99 is fine
105-110
110-120
120-130
anything else is just insane.
i vote 115 so i have somthing to work towards. already 99 flats workin on magic
